Ok, so I have been reading this really good book called Ten Powerful Phrases for Positive People and I am really trying to put it into practice. I had some revelations last night about my future and where I want to be in life in the next few years. There is one person in particular the past few days that I have wanted nothing more than to spend time with but I realize they need their space and I am trying to understand that. Its just hard because there are only a couple people that I actually hang out with and I miss people when we don’t talk or hang out. I used to have a wider range of friends but so many of them have gone of to college in other states and I lost a lot of friendships when I was dating certain boys. I am trying my hardest to not let that happen again.
I love Aaron to death, but have wanted some girl time lately and I just don’t know who to call anymore. Now, trying to put the book into practice, perhaps I need to expand my network of friends and be a happy, positive person to all those I come into contact with and see where it takes me. Aaron’s best friends girlfriend is super neat and I think perhaps I will try and hang out with her more. I just have to learn to understand that sometimes you need to separate yourself from someone in order to keep a friendship, and perhaps that’s what I have to do for a while because I value this persons friendship above any that I have.
So now what….. I live my life everyday in the most positive manner possible. Live to lift others up and help them to believe in them as I am continuing to learn to believe in myself. I need to continue to grow my relationship with God, we had a little talk last night and its time for me to step-up the walk. Be positive and thankful in all things.
